We are currently looking for 2 x Class 1 Shunters for our client in Dumbarton.

This is an ongoing position that could lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Shift Pattern :

2 x 4 on 4 off shift

Duties

  • Manoeuvre HGVs and lorries within the yard, including reversing and parking with precision

  • Assist with the safe shunting of vehicles to designated loading bays or parking areas

  • Conduct pre-operational checks on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance

  • Support the loading and unloading process by positioning vehicles accurately

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and adhere to company procedures

  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues
